§ 8-52. Trial.

Any person violating any provision under this article may be tried by a justice of the peace court. The penalty after trial in a justice of the peace court for violation of any provision of this article, shall be a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or community service of not more than forty (40) hours, or any combination of same at the direction of the court.
