§ 9-6. Mobile and modular homes.

The installation of a mobile or modular home shall comply with all requirements for location of a normal dwelling unit and all requirements for individual sewage systems. An individual sewage disposal system for a mobile and/or modular home must be constructed and inspected by the Ouachita Parish health unit prior to issuance of a building permit by the Ouachita Parish police jury.
