Article III. OUACHITA COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS

Ord. No. 7223A creating the Ouachita Council of Governments was nonamendatory of the Code and was codified as Article III, §§ 16-30 through 16-36 in the discretion of the editors. Section 1 of Ord. No. 7358, enacted on Sept. 23, 1968, repealed ordinances pertaining to the formation of said council, which in effect repealed former §§ 16-30—16-36. Said Ord. No. 7358 and Res. passed Feb. 26, 1973, amending Arts. 3, 4 and 6 of the agreement, were codified as § 16-30 at the editor's discretion.
