§ 17-51. General powers of committee.

Such committee shall have the authority and power to employ and/or discharge all employees of the Green Oaks Detention Home and to set and enforce rules and regulations for the operation and maintenance of the said Green Oaks Detention Home, providing however, the administrator of the Green Oaks Detention Home shall have power and authority to employ and/or suspend employees of the Green Oaks Detention Home for good cause pending final action of the committee.
