§ 1-136. Terminal leave.

Upon application for retirement by an employee who has served the parish for ten (10) years or more, the police jury may authorize paid terminal leave in the amount of the accrued (maximum of sixty (60) days) sick leave and unused current year's annual leave credited to that employee.
