§ 1-153. Tools, supplies, and equipment.

Misuse, neglect, theft, and abuse of tools, supplies, and equipment is, of course, prohibited. Accidents involving misuse of tools or equipment will be cause for disciplinary action (see section 1-152). Loss of tools on more than one occasion will require payment by the employee for those tools lost.
