§ 2-3. Same—Prerequisite to engaging in business; posting.

No person, corporation or partnership shall engage in either of the businesses of selling, offering for sale, possessing for sale, or allowing the consumption of or distribution of alcoholic beverages of low alcoholic content or alcoholic beverages of high alcohol content without first obtaining the necessary license required hereunder. All licenses issued hereunder must be posted in a conspicuous place in the licensed premises.
