§ 2-4. Same—Police jury to determine issuance; certificate of approval.

(a)

The right to determine what persons shall or shall not be issued permits hereunder shall be vested in the Ouachita Parish Police Jury.

(b)

No person hereunder, whether new or renewal, shall be issued by the executive secretary-treasurer's office until the Ouachita Parish Police Jury has approved said permit in open session.
