§ 2-90. Violations, penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction by any court of competent jurisdiction shall be fined in a sum not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court, and for failure to pay any fine imposed, an additional imprisonment not to exceed six (6) months.
