§ 9-10. Individual sewerage system permit cost.

Permit applicant will be required to pay a one hundred dollar ($100.00) fee to Ouachita Parish police jury for the issuance of the work authorization and final permit. After satisfactory evidence is obtained that final approval has been properly obtained from the state health officer or his duly authorized agent, the Ouachita Parish police jury will reimburse the applicant seventy-five dollars ($75.00) of the hereinabove mentioned fee.
