§ 20-342. Name; governing authority; domicile.

The said sales tax district hereby created shall be and is hereby designated as "Ouachita Parish Sales Tax District No. II" (the "district"), and the seal of the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, be and the same is hereby adopted as the seal of said district. The governing authority of the district shall be Ouachita Parish police jury, the domicile shall be the regular meeting place of said police jury, and the officers of said police jury shall be the officers of the district.
