Editor's note
Ord. No. 8030, §§ 1—3, adopted, August 4, 1986, did not specifically amend the Code; therefore, inclusion as §§ 20-341—20-343 was at the discretion of the editor. In order to avoid confusion with the first "Ouachita Parish Sales Tax District" as set out in §§ 20-310—20-314, the new district as adopted by Ord. No. 8030 has been designated as No. II with permission of the parish.
